Today is Mother's Day. I already visited my mom last Friday and sent her a small message today.

In the afternoon I drove to a gallery in Vlierzele. I took a picture of the presbytery that I passed. A few steps later, I experienced an unexpected encounter—a warm touch on my arm. But it turned out to be pigeon droppings falling from the sky. I couldn't help but see it as a blessing!

Despite encountering frustrating traffic and taking a significant detour, I persevered and made my way to a second gallery in Moregem. I parked in the charming village of Moregem and decided to explore on foot. I took a stroll past the church and the town center that had a simple yet picturesque charm. I felt a sense of accomplishment and contentment for not giving up and reaching this beautiful place.
